Team Spirit Cycling Camps are now looking to educate, develop and mentor existing volunteer coaches in Wales.  With the increased numbers of people now cycling to work and children cycling to school Team Spirit see that the future for positive coaching is important.  This is why we are looking to partner with Welsh Cycling to invite volunteer coaches to shadow our own cycling coaches who are also British Cycling qualified.

• Road Champ…simulated race situations on safe roads give you a feel of how a race feels with tactics discussed in our workshops.

•  Best improved rider…we assess your progressive improvement over the duration of the camp and award you with your efforts.

Everything is included in our camps from the bikes, accommodation, food and beverages, a massage after every ride, to riding at olympic standard velodrome and on the beautiful scenic roads of Abergavenny.
